HOW CATERING WORKS
How do I place a catering order?
There are several ways to place a catering order with us:Â

What type of catering is available?
Two catering options are available. Either 'Order Now' OR 'Special Order'.
1. Order Online: Add our catering items to your cart directly and select when you would like it pick-up/delivery and process your payment
2. Special Order: Send us a request of your catering requirements and we will get back to you
I have a last minute order. Can you help?
Please call us on 02 8385 006 for any last minute orders.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Where can I find the catering price list for special orders?
Please complete the form at Special Orders and a team member will get back to you within 12 hours.
Can I request for items that are not on the menu?
Unfortunately not at this point in time. Please email us with a request at info@khoieatery.com.au and catering@khoieatery.com.au and we're happy to take your recommendation on board as we onboard new catering items.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Please tell us how you would like to personalize your order in the note section when placing your request through our website or email us your request info@khoieatery.com.au and catering@khoieatery.com.au
How do I pay for a catering order?
We will contact you with an invoice where there will be instructions for payments. We accept bank transfer as well as in-store cash and EFTPOS.
Is there a discount for larger catering orders?
Yes. We have priced our catering menu so that a larger order/large quantity will allow for discounts.
ONLINE ORDERS
Can I personalize my order?
Unfortunately not. We have created the packages based off customer suggestions and our catering experience. If you would like to make any suggestions please let us know at catering@khoieatery.com.au and in return we're happy to offer you an incentive for your generosity.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP
Can I personalize my order?

Can I add delivery instructions to my order?
Yes. We strongly encourage this if you live in an apartment/unit. If no details are provided we will aim to get in touch before delivery and/or leave the delivery unattended in a safe location with an image provided to you for reference. Alternatively if there is a concierge/reception available we will request this to be held there/await your pick-up.
How much does delivery cost?
Order Now orders who automatically calculate your delivery rate as per your details.
The following are rates for special orders:
For special orders <$200 and within >5km = $10
For orders >15km (no minimum order amount) = $20
POST DELIVERY
Can I leave feedback following the delivery of my order?
Yes. We welcome all feedback. Please feel free to share this with us at catering@khoieatery.com.au
CANCELLATION
What is your cancellation policy?
Please email us on catering@khoieatery.com.au to confirm you’re looking to cancel your order 24 hours from delivery/pick-up. For cancelled orders within 24 hours please call us on 8385 0060 during our opening hours.
MENU RELATED
Do you supply drinks?
Yes we do. We’re happy to assist with this if you note this in your order note (only available for special orders currently)
Will you send disposable cutlery and napkins?
Please let us know the quantity and we can help place this with your ordered items
How am I able to tell what allergens from the items?
Refer to the allergens section for each item.
